Mám rád červenou a taky jedno motto, které mě hodně vystihuje. Sdílel ho sir Alex Ferguson: „Hard work will always overcome natural talent when natural talent does not work hard enough“ – tedy: Tvrdá práce vždycky překoná přirozený talent, pokud talent dostatečně tvrdě nepracuje. A přesně tímhle se řídím, v osobním životě i v byznysu. Věřím, že talent je fajn, ale bez práce nic nezmůže. Když člověk maká, posouvá se. A když se posouvá, roste. A to platí ve všem.

Đó là câu của sir Alex Ferguson: “Hard work will always overcome natural talent when natural talent does not work hard enough” – nghĩa là: “Làm việc chăm chỉ sẽ luôn vượt qua tài năng bẩm sinh nếu tài năng đó không nỗ lực đủ nhiều.” Mình sống theo tinh thần này, cả trong cuộc sống lẫn công việc. Mình tin là có tài thì tốt, nhưng nếu không làm việc nghiêm túc thì cũng chẳng đi đến đâu. Khi mình chịu khó, mình sẽ tiến bộ. Mà khi tiến bộ thì mới có thể trưởng thành. Điều này đúng trong mọi khía cạnh của cuộc sống.
